A supplement and the meal are related very closely. It is a purpose to take a supplement to supplement the nutrient which I cannot take in by a meal enough for a purpose to swallow up the supplement. It is basics of the health to eat. Nourishment should be removed from the meal becoming basic of the health well, but it is the trouble of the present modern people that I cannot take in nourishment enough. I cannot eat cabbage so every day.
